Pho is Vietnam's signature steamy rice noodle soup, filled with layers of aromatic and complex flavours.
Although the classic Hanoi pho is traditionally eaten with beef broth, there are over 40 variations of the dish whereby each bowl is differentiated by the broth, type of meat and type of noodle used.
